This REELRADIO presentation was assembled from an off-air recording of the FM affiliate of Cruisin’ America in Port St. Joe, Florida on November 21, 1992.
Here’s Cousin Brucie as “music historian” with fascinating facts about the superstars of Top40/Oldies radio. Kudos to the producers for including a few rare ones; overall, a nice balance for a syndicated oldies program.
From the published perspective of 2007, the oldies on this exhibit are 15 years “oldier” than they were when this program was broadcast. Does that make them more or less likely to be played on your local “oldies” station  if you still have one?
