Whether you know him as Bob Elliot (WOR-FM, KGB), or K.O. Bayley (WJBK, KFRC), here he is – filling in for Bill Wade at 136 KGB, Boss Radio for San Diego, Summer, 1966.
Ray Charles is featured with a Boss Golden, and also for Coca-Cola  more evidence that Charles was a giant in mainstream media in the mid-60’s.
The fidelity of this one varies, but it’s obvious KGB’s microphone was very clean, for the most part cleaner than their music, in 1966.
